Terms of Service

These terms govern minimaxh3max.video. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who we are

minimaxh3max.video is an independent third-party interface for the MiniMax H3 Max and MiniMax H3 video models. We are not MiniMax, not fal, and not authorised to grant either company’s rights.

Official APIs, Hailuo apps, and open weights remain MiniMax’s. Hailuo account support and anything said on MiniMax’s behalf come from MiniMax.

2. The service

You get hosted video generation subject to the plan you are on, the free-tier limits published on the site, Responsible Use, and these terms.

Clips are generated by model providers we call on your behalf. Output quality, queues, safety refusals, and outages are not fully in our control.

3. Accounts

You must keep sign-in details accurate and secret. Credits and history follow the account once you are signed in, not the browser.

We may close or suspend accounts that abuse rate limits, share logins to evade caps, or break Responsible Use. Unused credits on a closed abusive account are not a cash refund.

4. Output licence

On a paid plan, commercial use is permitted to the extent the upstream provider’s terms allow. The rights in a clip come from MiniMax and, where your generation was routed through them, fal. We pass those rights through unchanged: no licence of our own, no separate commercial licence fee, no watermark on paid output. We cannot grant rights we do not hold, so MiniMax’s terms and fal’s terms are the ceiling and they can change. Every generation records which provider rendered it, so you can tell which terms applied to a given clip.

Free and trial clips are for personal and evaluation use only. That covers the anonymous clip, the daily free-engine allowance, and the MiniMax H3 Max clips granted on sign-up and at check-in.

You are responsible for prompts and reference files (copyright, likeness, and publicity). Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.

5. Acceptable use

The Responsible Use page is part of these terms. We may refuse, delete, or withhold jobs that appear to violate it, including sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content or deepfakes of real people, hateful attacks on protected characteristics, terrorism and violent extremism, scams, or malware. Where the law requires it we report to the authorities.

Enforcement is not final. If you believe a block was wrong, appeal it and a person will review it.

6. Plans, credits, and refunds

Prices shown at checkout are the charge, including any regional tax we are told to collect. Credits are consumed by successful jobs. Failed jobs return credits automatically — that is not a cash refund.

Credits are delivered immediately

Credits are digital content, and they are in your account the moment the payment clears. By completing checkout you ask us to begin delivery straight away, and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun — the 14-day cooling-off right that consumers in the EU and the UK otherwise have on a distance purchase.

That acknowledgement is about the statutory right only. Our own refund is offered voluntarily and still applies.

Our refund

Refunds: 7 days, first paid plan or pack, only if those credits are unused. Details: Refund Policy. Cancel from Billing to stop the next renewal. Cancellation is not by itself a refund of the current period.

Processing fees on money returned

Our payment processor charges a fee when your payment arrives and does not return that fee when the payment is sent back. Accordingly: where we return money to your payment method — on a refund, or on a plan change that leaves a balance owing to you — the payment-processing fees charged on your original payment are deducted and the remainder is returned.

The deducted amount is the fee actually charged on your transaction as recorded by the processor, not a fixed rate, and we will tell you what it is before returning the money. It is apportioned to the part being returned; the part you keep carries its own share. It never exceeds the amount of the refund.

No fee is deducted where no fee is incurred. Taking the amount as account credit, or carrying it over to a different plan, returns it in full, because that money does not pass back through the card network.

Chargebacks opened while a refund request is open may pause the refund until the processor finishes.

If these terms and the refund band on Pricing ever disagree, the more specific refund band on the pricing page is the one we honour for that purchase.

7. Availability

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee turnaround time, uptime, or that a given prompt will pass a provider’s safety filter.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.

Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, they apply only as far as the law allows.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify us for claims arising from your prompts, uploads, or use of outputs, including likeness and copyright claims, except to the extent we caused the claim by our own wilful misconduct.

11. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new date on this page. Material changes will also be emailed to signed-in users when we can. Continued use after that date is acceptance.

12. Contact and disputes

Email hello@minimaxh3max.video first — that is the channel for notices.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by email, the laws applicable to the operator of minimaxh3max.video apply, without a named courtroom until we publish one. Consumers keep any non-waivable rights of their country of residence.
