Refund Policy

This policy is for purchases on minimaxh3max.video only. It does not cover MiniMax's own billing.

7-day unused-credit refund

You can request a full refund on your first paid plan or credit pack within 7 days of the charge, if those credits are untouched.

• Used any of the credits from that purchase → the refund does not apply.
• After 7 days → the refund does not apply.
• Later renewals and later packs follow the same rule only where the pricing page still says they do.

Request it from your account (Request refund) or email hello@minimaxh3max.video from the address on the account.

This is our own offer, not a statutory right. Credits are delivered the moment payment clears, and completing checkout is a request to begin delivery immediately — which ends the 14-day withdrawal right EU and UK consumers otherwise have. See Terms §6. We offer the 7 days anyway, because credits you never spent cost us nothing to give back.

Failed clips

A failed generation returns the credits automatically. That is not a refund of cash; it is the clip never costing you.

Cancellations

Cancel from Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It is not the same as a refund of the current period, unless the unused-credit rule above still applies.

Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback while a refund request is open, we may pause the refund and wait for the processor. Talk to us first when you can.

The Terms and the refund band on Pricing are meant to say the same thing. If they ever disagree, the more specific refund band on the pricing page is the one we honour for that purchase.
